• Bathroom with shower and washbasin
• Shared toilet on the 1st floor 

This studio is intended for maximum 1 person and can only be rented in combination with the other 2 studios in this building and can then be jointly occupied by 6 friends (see the advertisement of friends residence).

Pets are not allowed. Registration at address is possible.

The monthly rent is € 1050, - excluding G/W/E and service costs. The deposit is equal to twice the monthly rent. Rent allowance is not possible.
